Sales Information files:
Sales pdf file with photos (2004 - Current year):
This includes the taxbook information, and more details on the residence such as square footage per floor, bathrooms.
It also includes the front and back photo of the residence and also the floor plan of the building. It also includes land sales.
Group Sales File (Block / Lot)
Single & Multi Line Sales with group assessment and acreage totals. Also has owner info, zone, tax map, Design of residence, SFLA and Sales Code. Index in Descending order! This file is derived from my taxbook which is derived from the current Modiv and ALL SR1A files.
Current SR1A File:
This includes the fields found in the SR1A "pink sheets".
History SR1A file:
This contains the History of sales from the MODIV and SR1A databases. The file has multiple sales within each Block and Lot. This data starts from 1990.
Types of Building Permit files:
1. Open File: Building Permits that are open subject to inspection and possible assessment.
2. History Building Permit File: ALL Building Permits issued that have been received and entered into database.
